A royal commentator who lives just 10 miles away from\u00a0Prince Harry\u00a0and\u00a0Meghan Markle\u2019s new home has fumed that the pair need to \u201cshut up\u201d and keep their heads down in the Cotswolds. Rupert Bell appeared on Charlie Rowley\u2019s TalkTV show to discuss the Sussexes\u2019 move to the UK from Montecito, California.<\/p>\n

Meghan is said to be worried about security during the school run, while dropping her children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet off at their new British prep school. And Bell, who lives in the Cotswolds himself, fumed at the royal couple: \u201cWhy have you come back here? You seem to have your life under control in Montecito \u2013\u00a0why have you then put yourself in a place that you supposedly feel unsafe in?<\/p>\n
